Supporting Our Veterans

St. Peter Lutheran School is proud to support and honor our veterans in a variety of ways. During the first quarter, all chapel offerings were dedicated to the Wounded Warrior Program, with our generous students contributing a total of $1,515.38 to support wounded service members. To further show our gratitude, the November and December chapel offerings will benefit American Legion Post 22, helping to support local veterans in our community. In addition, St. Peter students will be singing to honor veterans at three special services; Wednesday, November 5th during chapel, Sunday, November 9th at the 8:15 a.m. church service, and Tuesday, November 11th at the American Legion Veteran’s Day Celebration held at St. Peter at 10:30 a.m. The community is warmly invited to attend the Sunday and Tuesday services as we come together to thank God for the men and women who have courageously fought for our freedoms.
